Reserve White Wine 2017 : Arinto, Alvarinho and Encruzado grape varieties.

Wine produced from manually picked and selected grapes, immediately going to the winery where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Winemaking: Duration of 6 months in French Oak Barrel.

Tasting Notes: Painted a straw yellow. It is in the vegetable, floral and ripe citrus fruit aromas that revive and brighten our olfactory memory. It enters fresh and deep, ending with an elegance that only a white born by the sea makes us feel such a sublime sensation.

Serving Suggestion: Great combination with several fish dishes.
