Sparkling Wine Brut 2017: Arinto, Antão Vaz and Trincadeira grape varieties.
Wine produced from manually picked and selected grapes, immediately going to the winery where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics. The second fermentation was carried out in a bottle by the traditional method for 20 months, with subsequent manual remuge.
