Reserve Red Wine 2016: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine produced from manually picked and selected grapes, immediately going to the winery where they were gently pressed in order to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 24ºC and 26ºC to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.

Winemaking: Duration of 12 months in French Oak Barrel.

Tasting Notes: Painted with an intense and expressive ruby. It is in the vegetable, balsamic and ripe red fruit aromas that revive and brighten our olfactory memory. It enters powerful and deep, ending with an elegance that only a red born by the sea makes us feel such a sublime sensation.
