Denomination: D.O.C. Beira Interior.
Sub-Region: Cova da Beira.
Climate: Mediterranean with some continental influence.
Soils: Litholic, non-humic, granite with a light texture.
Tasting Notes: Citrine color and bright appearance with very fine bubbles. On the nose it has fruity aromas, with a slight floral reminiscent of Cardo Serrano, and also some notes of brioche. Very tasty in the mouth with a fresh and elegant acidity.
Vinification: Rigorous maturation control in order to obtain wines with excellent acidity, vinified in white. After blending, they gave rise to cuvée which fermented with free yeast in the bottle, followed by manual regrinding. In the dégorgement process, the wine was topped up with expedition liqueur.
