Alternatively, is recommended the traditional method used in the preparation of any soluble cereal drink, such as the known "barley coffee". To do this, just put two tablespoons in a liter of hot water. Then, bring to the heat in a small pan and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Strain to separate the infusion from the sludge... And it is ready to drink!
Serve plain or with milk.
