Portugal has a vast expanse of sea coast, where the extraction of salt and fleur de sel is predominant. Chocolicor's caramel liqueur was inspired by the Castro Marim salt pans, and is produced with the fleur de sel that is extracted from there.

This delicious and sweet liqueur has a mild caramel flavor and is slightly salty at the end.

The salted caramel liqueur can be served as an aperitif or digestive, fresh and without ice, or with an ice cube.

Accompanies desserts very well, especially a crepe with an ice cream ball.
