The Azeite Portela is produced in the central region of Portugal, more precisely in the locality of Meirinhas, which belongs to the district of Leiria. The red wine Colheita from Quinta Brejinho da Costa ferments in stainless steel vats, with very controlled temperatures. It is bottled young so it does not lose its aromatic qualities and minerality.
